My name is Tom Callahan.  My company, Colorado Clear, LLC is in its 

tenth year. Prior to starting the company, I flipped houses. We usually gut-remodeled the home. I find that experience helps me now. It's important to know how a home gets put back together after the mold remediation or asbestos abatement.

Our core business is Mold Remediation  and Asbestos Abatement.  Both require a high degree of safety in performing the work. We are certified by the State of Colorado (CDPHE) and OSHA for asbestos abatement, ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of safety and compliance.

We are a small company.  As a result, I am  involved in the walkthrough, the planning, and the quality control throughout.  The crews and I communicate on a daily basis. I am very happy with all our team.
